If wine and cheese had a hall of fame, it would be found at STINK & El Tufo Wine Bar. Owners Jenny Smith and Steve Ramsey have been serving up potent cheeses and delectable drinks since 2011. Providing cooking classes and a refreshing place for a night out, STINK & El Tufo has become a staple in the downtown Tacoma community. Over the years, their menu has expanded into sandwiches, cocktails, and tapas inspired by Jenny and Steve’s trip to Spain in 2015.
Fun fact: El Tufo is Spanish for stinky, which pairs well with the first half of their name.
