Stitch Cafe

Sarah Chae opened Stitch Cafe in 2023 to create the kind of third place she couldn’t find in Seattle, a spot to sit with good coffee and work on a fiber arts project alongside people who share the same passion. The cafe serves specialty coffee from Upright Tree Coffee Roasters, Sugimoto teas, and pastries from FogRose Atelier, alongside a curated selection of yarns and fiber arts supplies. Stitch also offers beginner knitting and crochet classes, hosts a rotating local art wall, and has partnered with the Seattle International Film Festival for craft-and-film nights.
