Diana and Kang Choi opened the first Stone Korean restaurant in Redmond in 2011, later expanding to Seattle and Bothell. The couple wanted to introduce Korean food to those who may never tried it before. Stone Korean’s food is inspired by traditional Korean comfort foods from their family kitchens, and is made using the freshest local produce and highest quality meats. From bi bim bap, kalbi, to the soft tofu soup, customers have the opportunity to get to know Korean cuisine one authentic dish at a time.
