Sugar Blooms Bakery in Portland, Oregon specializes in creating handmade Asian-inspired pastries and desserts. Each of their custom cakes is personalized to the customer’s story and vision and is created from scratch and with love.

Owner Minh Nguyen emphasizes that the bakery’s goal is not only to provide delicious treats but also to help customers remember the most important moments in their lives. Despite having no prior aspirations for baking, Minh turned to it as a hobby to cope with the stresses of a mentally demanding sales and marketing job. Twelve years later in 2023, Minh celebrated the grand opening of her own bakery after moving halfway around the world from Vietnam. She is grateful to her Sugar Blooms supporters and customers for making this dream a reality.
