Sunny Up is Seattle’s first breakfast food truck serving breakfast sandwiches inspired by bad-ass women. Ande Janousek and Tara Zumpano opened Sunny Up in 2018 with egg sandwiches like the Frida Avokahlo (with avocado, egg, fontina, garlic oil, and pepper aioli), coffee, and sides. Ande and Tara’s delicious sandwiches make a strong argument that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
