Jacky Lei is a seasoned Japanese sushi chef who got his start in the Greater Seattle area. Sushi Cafe is a family-operated restaurant since 2008. The family takes pride in bringing their customers traditional flavors that they would eat in their own home paired with modern techniques and dishes. The specialties consist of a variety of gunkan (“battleship sushi”), sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls. Sushi Cafe serves Japanese cuisine with its own modern twists such as Captain Crunch or Dare Devil, two of their more than 40 specialty rolls.
