T-Town Cafe serves a trendy assortment of Korean-inspired desserts and food. Owners Chang and Jean Lee previously operated a pho restaurant punnily titled It’s Pho You in the same location. Their decision to pivot directions and open T-Town was motivated by the desire to share a new, sweet side of Korean culture.

T-Town’s specialties are the snowflake, a bowl of shaved ice topped with condensed milk, ice cream, and varied toppings, and the ice cream taiyaki, a fish-shaped cone filled with soft serve, a sweet filling, and toppings like fresh fruit and crumbled Oreos. For those with less of a sweet tooth, T-Town offers pork and bulgogi sandwiches and Korean cheese corndogs coated in sugar.
