Tabassum

Suriya Yunusov founded her food truck Tabassum in 2017 to share samsa, a Central Asian street food with the Northwest. Made from a family recipe, the Uzbek samsa is puff pastry had pie, filled with meat, vegetables, or fruit — from halal beef to black cherries.
