After graduating from the University of Washington, Roberto Salmerón biked over 1,600 miles to Tijuana to see his family and enjoy the tacos of his childhood. He returned to Seattle with the idea for Tacos Chukis, and has been serving up authentic Mexican street tacos ever since.
