Chef and owner Shota Nakajima opened Taku for the first time in March 2020, a week before the COVID-19 shutdown. In May 2021, they re-opened serving up Osaka-influenced street food, with a menu focused on karaage, Japanese twice-fried chicken. Stop by to try his marinated, buttered karaage nuggets and wings with either teriyaki sauce or dry seasoning.
