Enjoy a delicious plate of mole negro, chicken bathed in a traditional Oaxacan mole made with spicy chili and high-cacao chocolate, or molotes, corn-based fried pastries stuffed with mashed potato and chorizo and served with black beans, sour cream, cilantro, and fresh cheese.
