Taqueria El Dorado serves up a hearty blend of Mexican and Guatemalan deliciousness. The food truck is located in Tumwater, near Washington’s capitol city of Olympia. Its owners, Higinio and Esmeralda Lopez, grew up with both Guatemalan and Mexican influence in their homes and wanted to share the flavors with their community. Not only do they serve up classics like tacos, burritos, and nachos, but you can also enjoy a flavorful breakfast from the truck, with choices like Huevos con Chorizo, Carne Asada & Eggs, and more.
