What started as a taco truck in Kent in 1997 has since expanded into multiple locations of Taqueria El Sabor. Tacoma-location owners Pedro Guzman Soltero and Cecilia Leal Naranjo serve authentic Mexican food at affordable prices including street tacos, enchiladas, pozole, and (perhaps most importantly) truly perfect churros. And don’t forget to dress up your tacos at the salsa bar that boasts a variety of salsas ranging from mild to fiery hot — including their crowd favorite habanero salsa.
