Hailing from Philadelphia and New Jersey, Brian Tatman and Jason Simodejka dreamed of bringing the classic East Coast delicatessen to Seattle. Their dream became reality when they opened Tat’s Delicatessen in 2004, providing customers with an authentic, delicious deli experience.
