Originally from a small town in the Fukushima region of Japan, Genki Sushi alum, Shinichiro Takahashi opened Ten Sushi in 2013. A kaiten-sushi restaurant, at Ten Sushi, a conveyer belt distributes sushi rolls, nigiri, and other appetizers. Can’t make up your mind? Omakase.
