Chef Kazuma Iwasa, along with co-owners Takuji Hamano and Tatsuya Oshima, have opened the third US location of acclaimed Kyoto ramen restaurant, Tentenyu. Chef Iwasa worked at the original Kyoto location, and is now devoted to bringing Kyoto-style ramen to Seattle.
