At Terry’s Kitchen, chef and owner Terry Takeuchi is cooking up his favorite comfort foods that remind him of his childhood growing up in the Pacific Northwest. Chicken fried steak, spicy tuna poke bowls, smoked BBQ pork spare ribs, and garlic chicken wings are just some of the eclectic, yet equally comforting dishes you’ll find on Terry’s menu. Born and raised in Beacon Hill, Terry opened his business to recreate his favorite dishes from Asian restaurants in the 60s and 70s and create a welcoming atmosphere where family and friends can make new memories.
Terry is family. All of his usual customers are family….you know the Cheers vibe, where all of the regular customers are called by name and their usual orders are known? That’s TK…..If Terry sees you and can leave the kitchen for a bit, he’ll come say hi to folks in the dining room.
Play pool? The other half is his pool room. Or event space.
