Tallis and Hilary Moore took over Couth Buzzard in 2024 to carry on a Greenwood tradition that’s been running since 1988, keeping it the kind of place where books, coffee, and live music share space with open mics, community meetings, and whoever needs somewhere to belong. The shop carries new and used books alongside an espresso bar and a backroom stage that hosts jazz jams, local performers, and neighborhood gatherings most nights of the week.
