At The Fish Box, owner Ibrahim Rahman serves four types of fish and chips fried-to-perfection — salmon, halibut, tilapia, and catfish, which is what the Central District restaurant is best known for. Ibrahim marinates the catfish in buttermilk, dredges it in a homemade blend of spices, and fries the fish to a crisp golden brown. All the orders are served in a grab-and-go box, which is how The Fish Box gets its name.
