In a modern fairy tale fashion, the creative minds behind The Martin bonded over the internet. Relating to each other’s grievances and experiences with storefront theater companies, Whitney LaMora and Lora Miller started to imagine what an accessible and flexible event space in Chicago might look like. Now, The Martin hosts performances, workshops, art galleries and more. Whitney LaMora and Lora Miller offer flexible rates and payment plans (and often some casual mentorship!) to help artists make their visions come to life!
