Their adorable jars with rotating designs have surely attracted lots of social media attention, but locals keep coming back for the product itself. Order your tea choice of taro, black, green, oolong, Thai, matcha (and more!) and enjoy the sweet tapioca at the bottom. Owner Vivienne Tran opened The Moo Bar in 2019 and continues to delight locals with the cafe’s whimsical approach to bubble tea.

This is one of my top picks for bubble tea! I love the cute cups you can get with different themes! I’ve got just a few in my collection from here already ♡ I love the unique art and boba mix here.
They have cute designed cups for their drinks and its seasonal. Some times you get corgis, other times you can get sailor moon or pokemon, etc. I like their bubble waffle here because it comes it a lot of different flavors.
