Gerald Williams and Tracy Harris began operating their food truck, The Old Oak Oven, in 2012, specializing in handcrafted, artisan pizzas made with sustainable and local ingredients. It’s a good thing The Old Oak Oven’s bright red truck is easy to spot because you won’t want to miss out on a slice of their wood-fired pizza. You can pick up one of their pre-set pies like the Sicilian deep dish or the classic Margherita, or you can choose to build your own with custom toppings. They even offer to swap in vegan cheese and a gluten-free crust so no one gets left out.

Not feeling pizza? They also serve meatball subs, salads, and ice cream sandwiches.
