Ernestine Brown began making soap as a form of mental therapy while serving in the military. She soon realized the powerful effects and benefits of using all-natural products and wanted to share them with her community. In 2012, she started selling her soaps and body butter at farmer’s markets and festivals, which helped her build her business into the brick-and-mortar it is today, inside Liberty Public Market in San Diego.
