Marty Watson, Hollie Huthman, and Spencer Willows set out to create bar fit for all walks of life in Downtown Bellingham — from students to bankers, sailors, punk rockers, and any other fine resident of the city — when they opened The Racket in 2015. The Racket is home to 14 vintage pinball machines and connects to State Street’s music venue, The Shakedown, making it the perfect place to meet up with friends before or after a show. Grab a Laura Palmer (their take on an Arnold Palmer) and their specialty cheesesteak at the bar, and then make your way upstairs to play some pinball to your heart’s content.
