The Roll Pod – The Big Truck

PK Kumar and Anu Singh want to delight customers with easy-to-carry and easy-to-eat Indian food assembled in a roll or a bowl. At The Roll Pod, each part of the dish — from the wrap to the protein — is intentionally made to make every bite delicious. PK and Anu opened The Roll Pod because they couldn’t find good Indian food on the go. 

Bonus: PK and Anu have locations in White Center and Bellevue, as well as a smaller food truck that travels Seattle.
