In 2016, Lindsey Naglieri gave up her corporate cubicle to pursue her passion for Pilates. At The Studio, she wants to help you find strength, confidence, and community through music-driven, small group and private practice classes. Lindsey believes that Pilates’ true rewards are its mental health benefits and that feeling good in your body is the cherry on top.
Combining classical Pilates techniques with time under tension modern fitness philosophy, her routines focus on controlled movement instead of momentum to challenge the muscles and forge a connection between the mind and body. The Studio offers a range of classes from foundational practices for all levels and high intensity sessions to get you sweating.
