Within months of opening The Sweet Lobby in 2011, Winnette won the Food Network show Cupcake Wars using flavors that combined her love of science, travel, and baking — including a mandarin-scented dark chocolate cupcake filled with spicy fudge and topped with milk chocolate buttercream that you can try for yourself! Winnette personally trains and works with every baker at The Sweet Lobby to develop eclectic and daring new flavors like spicy curry mango, green tea pistachio, and goat cheese & caramelized pear. They also offer classic cupcake varieties and other sweets like macarons, eclairs, shortbread, and more.
