Theary Ngeth opened Theary Cambodian Foods to preserve Cambodian food traditions, share with and comfort her fellow Cambodians, and fulfil her mom’s dream of opening a restaurant. Theary says Cambodian food is about cooking in stages and letting ingredients come together to create unique flavors. She uses fresh ingredients in her authentic Khmer meals, from me ga tunk (sautéed chicken, eggs, and noodles) to GoNgeit (spicy black pepper beef jerky).

Fun fact: Theary Cambodian Foods is Spice Bridge alum.
