The Tilted Rock is a family restaurant that makes dishes from around the world. Owners Kathy Dameron & Mesfin Yimam wanted to create a place where diners can choose from classic American and African favorites, with other global cuisines in the mix. Choose from appetizers like calamari, prawns, and spring rolls, and enjoy main dishes like American or Ethiopian-style burgers, Tibs, and Siga Wot, plus a variety of soups and stews.
