Yasuaki Saito opened Tivoli in 2023 as an extension of the pizza he’d been making at Post Alley Pizza, brought into a full neighborhood spot in the heart of Fremont. The menu centers on 16-inch long-fermented pies, with rotating specials alongside classics, plus standouts like Caesar salad with house dressing, cold noodles with pistachio butter and chili crisp, and a Philly-style tomato pie with house-made ricotta. There’s a full bar, an extensive tap system, big picnic tables out front, and a back room for private dinners.
