Tofu 101 may specialize in tofu as the name suggests, but Lora Lu’s and Tao-Ho Fu’s restaurant is by no means limited to its namesake. The tiny shop offers grab-n-go snacks and treats like stuffed buns, Chinese donuts, shao bing (Chinese flatbread), and so much more. By the entrance of Tofu 101 there is a refrigerator filled with tofu and other made-in-house soy products for you to take home and prepare yourself.
