Tokyo Japanese Restaurant

In 1988, Ji Sook Kang and Charlie Kang opened Tokyo Japanese Restaurant inside Bellevue’s Factoria Mall. There, they offer traditional Japanese cuisine favorites such as udon, soba, and sushi rolls.
