Kalvin Myint and Poe Myint grew up in Burma, home to a beautiful variety of cultures and cuisine. When the two foodies moved to Oregon, they saw a need for a Burmese food in the Portland area. They opened a food cart, and continued to refine family recipes before finally opening their popular restaurant, Top Burmese.
