Have a sweet tooth? Look no further than Tres Leches Café, which combines beloved Mexican desserts — hello, churro and horchata lattes! — with Phoenix-brewed espresso. The café, started by husband-and-wife duo ET Rivera and Brianna Aguilera-Rivera in 2014, has made a couple moves around Phoenix, but is now growing their roots near the Capitol Museum.

If you’re trying to avoid caffeine, opt for one of their fruity licuados like their piña colada or tres paraisos (mango, pineapple, and coconut). And if you still need something to munch on, their pastry case is full of empanadas and pan dulces including “donchas” (a doughnut-concha hybrid), polvorones, traditional conchas, and more. ¡Buen provecho!
