Trove Coffee

Western graduates Lorraine Lai, Louis Lai, and Yin-Ho Lai opened Trove Coffee to share their love of coffee with everyone through excellent quality, sustainability, and kindness one cup at a time. The coffee shop is committed to serving locally sourced products in a relaxing, welcoming environment. They are passionate about environmental sustainability and use compostable products whenever possible. Serving coffee with a purpose, they believe each decision they make, big and small, impacts the world not only today, but also for the future.

Bonus: Louis and Yin-Ho also own Trove Cannabis, which shares a building with the coffee shop.
