When Julio Ortiz came to the U.S. from Havana, Cuba, he brought the flavors of his hometown to Woodinville. Twisted Cuban Cafe & Bar was born in 2009 and, predictably, their Cuban sandwich is an incredibly popular menu item. In addition to the savory sandwich, you can order a spectacular plate of maduros, ropa vieja, or pollo al ajillo. Many of Ortiz’s delicious recipes have been handed down from his mother!
