Chef and Twisted Soul Cookhouse & Pours owner Deborah VanTrece loves to feed people comfort food that crosses cultural divides. In 2016, Deborah opened Twisted Soul Cookhouse & Pours to serve a unique fusion of classic soul food and worldly flavors inspired by her travels — you’ll find hoisin oxtail with shallot ginger bok choy, marinated crispy fried chicken, peri peri chicken with roasted farm vegetable pesto, and more thoughtfully inventive dishes on their menu. Twisted Soul Cookhouse & Pours was voted best new restaurant in Atlanta by the Georgia Voice, ranked among the best new openings in Atlanta by Thrillist, and has been featured on the Cooking Channel’s ‘Late Nite Eats’ and Genius Kitchen’s ‘Carnivorous’.

Fun fact: Deborah cooked for foreign dignitaries and international executives during the Centennial Olympics in Atlanta!
