Union Burger

Union Burger evolved from the former Stoopid Burger and is located at the Park the Carts pod in Portland, Oregon’s Piedmont neighborhood. Owned by John Hunt, the no-frills food truck is named after the pre-1986 name of the street it sits on, which is now Martin Luther King Jr. Every burger from Hunt’s truck comes “Union Style,” which includes lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and the special Union Sauce on a brioche bun. Customers can opt to pile on extras including fresh veggies, bacon, hot links, and a fried egg, as well as extra patties and cheese. Rumor has it that the onion rings are superb!
