When you grow up on Creole food, it becomes a part of who you are. While Matthew Lewis left New Orleans and landed in Seattle, thankfully New Orleans came with him! Since 2010, his Where Ya At Matt food truck has delighted locals with his gumbo, jambalaya, po-boys, fresh beignets and more.

Fun fact: Matthew is passionate about being an integrated member of his community and often tests his recipes at dinner parties and church auctions.
