White Elephant is a food cart owned and operated by a husband and wife duo, Jen and Chris, who left their long-time corporate careers to pursue their passion for cooking. Since February 2016, they have been serving up a fusion of Southeast Asian cuisines, with a modern touch, including Lao, Thai, and Vietnamese dishes. The menu also features their specialty: Asian-style wings.

The items on the menu at White Elephant are inspired by the owners’ love for the food they enjoy eating at home and preparing for family gatherings. They are honored to share their kitchen and the flavors of their heritage with their customers. The food at White Elephant is reminiscent of street eats found throughout Southeast Asia, with a unique and delicious twist.
