David Orozco’s Mexican steakhouse concept began as a small food cart outside a popular disco in Kent, and soon its popularity allowed him to open storefront locations. At Asadero Ballard, he offers high-quality carne asada made with wagyu beef and paired with fire-roasted salsas.
