BIBA! CHamoru Kitchen

Ed Sablan moved to Portland in 1993 from the lush Mariana Island of Guam. Inspired to share his CHamoru culture with the Portland community, he started his own food cart serving CHamoru recipes. BIBA! CHamoru Kitchen opened its doors in summer of 2019 and has become a cozy gathering space for locals from all walks of life.
