Cure has been the post-bike polo beer spot and Cal Anderson Park’s happy hour haunt since opening in 2011. Brothers Sean Sheffer and Joe Wargo took the helm in 2017 and vowed to keep it a destination for European cured meats, specialty cheeses, and artisan cocktails.
