Fulcrum Cafe delivers responsibly sourced, high quality coffee in a modern space that features contemporary art and design.  Fifth-generation Costa Rican coffee farmer Blas Alfaro, together with founding partners Lee Falck and Brian Jurus, build lasting relationships with farmers around the world and hand-selects the coffee for Fulcrum Coffee.

Fun fact: Fulcrum provides the coffee for a variety of Seattle coffee shops and cafes including The Station and Hood Famous Cafe + Bar.

Recommendations:

  1. Fulcrum cafe is a bright and airy cafe located at the base of a condominium building in SLU/Belltown. They have signature drinks that highlight the coffee they roast themselves but also sell wholesale to Hood Famous and The Station coffee shops. I’ve had coffee drinks at all three cafes and the coffee shines, whether it’s in a durian latte or a mocha. At the flagship cafe, I always get the “Snuggle me, Sesame”drink, which is a black sesame oat milk latte. That’s a drink combination I’ve yet to find anywhere else!

  2. Highly recommend this friendly cafe with good coffee. Outdoor seating is a real bonus, so you can watch the people and dogs of the city pass by.
