Jolorene Guzman-Mohamad remembers playing chef at her family’s Filipino burger restaurant when she was a child. She grew up in the restaurant industry and has continued to cook for people. In May 2022, she brought her Asian fusion cuisine, creative dishes, unique ingredients, and joyful personality to a kiosk at the Spice Bridge Food Hall in Tukwila.
