At Sticky Fingers Diner you can enjoy all day breakfast that’s good for your taste buds and the environment. After switching to a vegan diet, owner Doron Petersan was determined to figure out how to create animal-free versions of her favorite baked goods. She used her degree in nutrition and food science to achieve the perfect balance of taste, texture, and plant-based goodness.

In 2022, Petersan changed the diner’s name from Fare Well to Sticky Fingers. New title, same delicious food: enjoy a plate of plant-based blueberry pancakes or tuck into their Southern-fried chickpea seitan steak platter, complete with roasted potatoes and gravy.
