It’s Native American Heritage Month and we need your help. Our list of native-owned businesses is too short. Making it easier to find diverse-owned small businesses in our communities is what Intentionalist is all about, but to grow the reach and relevance of the resource will require all of us who want to be sure that we live and work in communities where local businesses thrive.

So yes, please get to know and support the following businesses — but just as importantly, please take a moment to share native-owned small businesses that we should be sure we add to everyone’s (Intentional) List!

On our #NativeOwned (Intentional) List:

Central District Ice Cream, Happy Grillmore, Nate’s Wings & Waffles, Seattle Freeze — Owned by Darren and Kryse McGill.

Eighth Generation — Owned by Louie Gong.

Indian Summer — Owned by Adria Garcia.

Off the Rez — Owned by Mark McConnell and Cecelia Rikard.

Did we miss your favorite native-owned business?  Suggest it to us and we will be sure to add it to our directory.
