Seven Star Women's Kung Fu specialize in practical, real-world self-defense skills. In honor of Pride Month, this self-defense workshop is designed for LGBTQ folks, but open to all. This class is for all gender identities, age 11 and older. Self-defense skills are essential life skills. In this workshop, you will learn techniques and strategies to protect yourself and others in a safe and supportive environment.
