Valentina’s Cafe

Valentina’s Cafe, located in Ballard, is a Mexican coffee shop offering delicious drinks and desserts. David Orozco, who also owns popular restaurant Asadero with locations in Ballard and Kent, opened the cafe in 2022, serves organic, single-origin coffee sourced from Mexico and a variety of sweet and savory pastries like scones, cookies, and cakes. 

Try one of their specialty drinks like their signature Habanero Mocha mixed with red pepper stone-ground Mexican chocolate or the Spiced Shaken Espresso, complete with house-made piloncillo syrup and cinnamon. The cafe’s cozy, chill interior is perfect for studying, working, or catching up with friends.
